Debs was really helpful, I always struggle with making a decision when it it a large amount of money to be paid and I was not 100% sure of my purchase, however she reassured me and was so lovely and patient with us. She even had our little boy for us whilst we tried out the bed-ometer thingy to access us. Her colleagues were great to get on with too, seemed to be a very relaxed environment, which was lovely.

Aaron at Blackpool store helped us and he was great. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he talked us through every part of buying the bed. Then he took a lot of time to help with pillows and duvets too. We will definitely be back!

Michael from Dreams in Blackpool was SO helpful on our visit last week. We went in with a budget and a specification (thinking we were way off and wouldn’t be able to get it within budget) and he went above and beyond to get us exactly what we wanted, plus tonnes of extras, all within budget!

Stacey Couldn't do enough to help but at the same time gave us time to decide which products we wanted and it was no problem for us to try and retry different items.
