Tony the sales person was very knowledgeable & helpful of the mattress I was looking for. The other staff were also friendly in the store.

The information from Diane was absolutely fantastic she new everything I asked and was so helpful with everything. We were quite hot while we were trying out the beds so even got a bottle of water each to cook us down. I’ve never experienced trying a bed out that would tell you what mattress you would need it was marvellous from beginning to end and highly recommend Dreams Thank you

Assistant knew a lot about beds.. was not pushy asked a lot about health problems, even got to lie on your computerised bed to see what sort of mattress we needed...very impressed.. he was helpful from start to Finish...

We were not rushed and the member of staff took his time in explaining the advantages of the mattresses we tried. We had no idea what type of mattress we wanted and the member of staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We would have no hesitation in buying again from this store and would highly recommend it to friends and family.

Went into royal quays store as just passing and been looking dor a sofa bed, everywhere else stock was 10-17 weeks delivery. Was shown to small selection in store and staff demonstrated how to transform from bed to sofa with ease and were very friendly. Delivery was quoted as just over a week and price was great so places order
