The staff at the Royal Quays shop were so pleasant! They really made us laugh! We found exactly the bed we were looking for. They were the right amount of helpful without pestering us too much because we pretty much already had in mind what we were looking for. They didn't try to upsell too much but we still walked away with an extra mattress protector, pillow, and a duvet (which we weren't planning on buying) so they were obviously doing their job right. Very pleased. Positive experience all around and compared to other retailers, the delivery time was much quicker.

The colleague who assisted us was friendly and approachable. She listened to what we wanted and walked us through step by step to help us find the mattress we wanted. We were encouraged to try different mattresses and take our time. We never felt rushed or like we were being nuisances despite our many queries! We also had our newborn with us without the pram and the colleagues offered to carry my pillow whilst trying out different matresses as I was carrying my baby.

We were not pressurised at all during our visit. Your employee was very friendly engaging and very knowledgeable. He was very honest when we asked for assistance and guidance on the appropriate product for our needs. He was very efficient when processing our order offering refreshments whilst he did so An excellent and well deserved review

once staff knew what i was after order was straightforward and problem free, staff were pleasant to deal with, efficient.
