I had no idea where to start in looking for a bed and matress. Tony was friendly, helpful and sensitive to my needs. Usually I feel really uncomfortable and pressured with a sales assistant but I didn't at all with Tony. I felt understood and offered authentic advice.

I found the assistant (Diane) to be extremely knowledgable about all the products as well as being very friendly making this a good experience

This is my second purchase with your Royal Quays store (via telephone). Both times the staff were very knowledgeable and very helpful. I needed a low bed for my elderly mother and they recommended an excellent product the first time, so I have now purchased a second as a spare bed at my home for her visits.
