Fantastic customer service, very knowledgeableand friendly can’t wait to try our new bed

I was met by an assistant within a short time of my arrival. She was polite, courteous and helpful. She identified the products that would be suitable for my needs, explained their pros and cons and gave me time to evaluate the information. I was offered refreshments and was made to feel at ease and valued.

I went to have a look and see if there was anything I was looking for I had a friend with me so we had a browse so much to choose from then Anthony came over and asked if I needed any help I explained what I wanted so he told me about the test bed and explained it to me. Never seen it before but very helpful decided to order after trying a few mattresses etc.

Very easy process, helpful staff

Diane helped us and she was very patient in helping me get exactly what I needed. She was very professional and very knowledgeable about the products.

The customer service representative (Diane in royal quays store) showed us the product that was right for us for comfort first and then helped us find a product which matched our budget our design needs. She was professional at all times, very friendly and gave us a range of products and even gave us discounts on other store related products to help us reduce costs. I was highly impressed with the professionalism and customer service which kind of showed what kind of company Dreams was all about which I respect.

Service was great

excellent service. Salesman explained differences of the mattresses and divan bases and we did not feel pressured or rushed into making our choice. Little bit shocked at the prices as we are both on pensions with limited resources but feel we have purchased

I was greeted by a very friendly member of your team. Diane was absolutely fantastic. From the moment of stepping into the store to leaving she was extremely helpful. She approached me in the store and offered me assistance. In desperate need of a new mattress and not entirely sure what I needed, Diane took me to that amazing machine (which I didn't want to leave) and helped me find a suitable mattress. Diane then took me around each mattress and explained each of them and the benefits. She is very knowledgeable and didn't push me into making a decision straight away. She was very patient and very kind. She let me have a think of what mattress to chose and occasionally checked up on me, whilst checking on other customers. I chose the mattress I wanted and she then helped me with a bed frame. Diane is an asset to your company and an absolute super star. I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Diane for all of your help! It is the best shopping experience I have had in a very long time!

Tony was so helpful. I’d booked an appointment as I knew that I wanted some help choosing the right mattress as I have a number of health problems and my current mattress seems to be making my pain worse so I figured I need some time with a sales assistant. I was a few minutes late and was worried about missing my appointment time, but he was very friendly, accomodating and listened to my concerns about choosing a mettress before putting me on the sleep machine thing. He was the only person working in the store and I got his full attention throughout the experience. He was knowledgable, understanding and fully explained everything to me so that I was sure that I was making the right choice. I was very happy with the service that I recieved and would recommend the company and in particular that store simply due to his patience, understanding and product knowledge which enabled me to make an informed choice which will hopefully benefit my health in the long term.
