Dreams

Tony seemed very unknowlageable despite apparently working there for 10 years. We were misled what we would recieve and we beliveied we had bespoked a bed to suit our needs. On delivery it was not the base layout we were expecting. Customer services callled tony to ask him if he gave us the right information. He said he did and we were refused a refund or change. Resulting in half the storage space being unusable, and we were forced to pay extra to get more storage space. Will not use dreams again, and already telling our friends and family to stay well clear,
