I felt each member of staff in-store chipped in with the sale, I found it too much! manager very loud when discussing my business and due to a handover with staff on the purchase I later realised the wrong colour divan have been ordered.

Lack of hospitality was shown when i entered the store. Also the person who served me didnt seem to know what she was doing on the computer properly and only seemed to want my money and for me to leave.

the salesperson input the incorrect address ( spelled incorrectly) I informed the salesperson of this but he said he would change it later. However I had a feeling this would either not be done or done incorrectly. I have therefore had to contact customer support and had to correct the address through them myself. Very poor customer service.

We initially received great customer service and were very happy with what we were sold. However when getting home. I realised what we had been told we had been sold was actually not what had been ordered. The sales person told us and had shown us the mattress we were purchasing and gave us the price for it. Then when at home was looking through the paperwork and realised she told us we were getting one mattress when in actual fact she had ordered a different mattress totally unsuitable. When I phoned to make them aware of this they proceeded to tell me yes the sales person has in fact made a mistake. Their displays were wrong. This now means that I need to change the mattress and have had to pay an extra £80 because if their mistake. If I had realised that I was not getting the mattress for that price I would have gone else where for it. I am very annoyed and feel that I have been forced into paying extra for a mattress that I was told was only £149 rather than the £229. I now have to pay. Pretty disgusted really that there wasn’t even an apology

this is my first purchase and will not go to them never ever as I had a very bad expirience with Dreams.You should change you return and cancelation policy .No any shop charge for return 20%,this is unfair.Not satisfied at all.The quality of the product is cheap .Would not recommend to anyone!!!! Something like these i could get cheaper and plus return would be free!!!! example Argos or Tesco ,many many shops !!!Not happy!!!my first and last purchase from Dreams!!!Spent around £1000 and received something worth around £200.
