I would have preferred the price to be a little lower but other than that I was very satisfied. The staff were attentive without being imposing. I would recommend the shop at everyone I know.

Couldn't find a matress suitable, but love the bed frame I've purchased.

The layout and signage was not clear as I only wanted a mattress and I could not easily tell how to find what I was looking for. The staff could have done more to find out about my needs, but they were friendly and helpful

My daughter ordered the same mattress (4') in November 2017 along with a divan base. Total cost less than £600. When looking online to order the same mattress only (4' 6") it was £799!!! On phoning the store, direct, was quoted £359 plus delivery and removal of the old mattress. Please we didn't order online!

There’s always room for improvement

Overall it was a very easy transaction. I knew the specification of the item I intended to buy. The length of time for delivery was very disappointing. I had not realised the time it would take until purchase almost complete. If I had known this I may have used another retailer who could have delivered in 3-5 days. Dream's can not deliver for 9 weeks. Disappointing for the type of furniture. Online it states a much shorter period and I may have received a cashback allowance.

The computer system did not understand that we were moving in to a new property and could not let us have credit as we did not have a current bill available. As we were sitting with a large amount of cash in the bank at the time I found this very annoying. The staff were very helpful but the computer system was rubbish.

Time scale for delivery is too long a wait.
