The 2 ladies working that day we’re both extremely helpful and one of them looked after & amused my 6 year old while the other helped us find what we wanted & put our order through. The bed we had seen online was in store so it was great to see it, we also tried many mattresses & got great advice.

We had excellent service from Ann Marie from the moment we walked into the store to buy a new bed for my daughter. She asked us good questions and let us know about some of the special offers. She took our concerns and questions seriously and helped my daughter get a great bed and mattress, which was delivered on time. We would definitely buy again from Dreams.

I'm buying my first home, so shopping for a bed was a new experience for me - I'm not able to compare it to any previous experiences as a result
