Dawn the assistant explained the options in a very professional manner.Talking to us instead of at us,it makes a difference.All in all very happy with our visit to Dreams at Royal Quays.

I was asked immediately if staff could be of help.I replied I would browse for a while and ask for help if needed.The staff were very helpful and friendly and I was happy with my choice and delivery time.As I haven't taken delivery yet I cannot comment on mattress but I'm sure it will be perfect.Many thanks to Dawn and Marie.

Good customer relations Great Knowledge of product and very helpful. We Did not feel in any way pressurised felt very comfortable in store.

I wasn,t sure if I could get the same mattress or something similar that I have already have. But the expertise of the salesperson Tony helped me greatly, in deciding what the best option was.

The two women in the store were really helpful & friendly. I was offered a cup of tea my daughter got a lollipop & they both were so nice. I got exactly what I wanted plus some things on offer. I was very happy

Rachel was very helpful with my decision making when I was looking for a new bed for me and also with the choice of a second bed for my daughter.

We were attended to by a friendly and helpful member of staff who explained about the product and the 40 day trial with the option of changing the mattress after 30 days if it does not meet our needs.

The assistant, Tony, greeted us on arrival and without being pushy explained the choice of product and quickly found a product that suited our needs. The service was excellent and very friendly.

I was chatted too by the assistance who were open and friendly I was even given a cup of coffee

No pressure from staff in making a decision about which bed and mattress to buy. Easy to ask questions when we had some. My wife appreciated the offer of a cup of coffee as we entered - the weather was rather cold outside at the time. Staff had good knowledge of products available and very willing to hep without being over-helpful.
