Marie who served me at the shop was lovely. She really helped me choose my bed and and colour and was just so helpful as I didn't have a clue what I was buying with an ottoman bed.

The advisor Anne Marie in the royal quays store is a credit to your company and herself she was friendly helpful and knowledgeable was happy to send as long as we needed never grumbled when we kept changing our minds which we did frequently. She knew all there seemed to be about beds and her manager Dawn was also fab she kept an idea over our transaction to also ensure we were happy it was a great experience from start to finish and after visiting other Bed retailers 100% better well done and thank you

As first time buyers, Dan and I are going through an expensive but exciting time in our lives. We really want our home to be comfortable as well as beautiful which is why we chose your company dreams with a good range of high quality products to buy our amazing bed! The chantilly k mattress is so comfortable and very good quality and the queensland headboard is lush, we can't wait for them to arrive! Thanks to Ann Marie from Newcastle, Royal Quays for all of her help and knowledge as we struggled to choose between our 2 favourite products in store.

It was the first bed we have bought in over 8 years and we had never bought a divan bed before. We really had no idea what we were looking for. The shop had a very good range of beds and the assistant quickly assessed what we were looking for and directed us to the possible choices that were available. He was extremely knowledgeable about the beds and we were very happy with the bed we chose.

Highly professional and knowledgeable salesperson who showed the whole range of products and nothing was too much trouble. He took time to explain things thoroughly and we tested all the mattresses before final decision. He also explained all the details of insurance cover and finally arranged delivery time. Most impressed!
