It just was effortless, we walked in the agent gave us all upfront and had us buying the bed we wanted very quickly, was brilliantly easy.

The staff were attentive without being over bearing. Friendly and knowledgable of all the products we considered. We made a couple of visits to the store before finally making our purchase. On each occasion the staff were helpful and informed which helped us in reaching the final decision on our purchase. I would like to make particular mention to Tony who helped us on more than one occasion. Tony made the experience relaxed and personal to us, we felt totally comfortable and at ease in the store in making our final purchase, actually making an additional purchase to that what we originally intended. No pushy sales service like you get in other stores just a genuine and professional service. I will be recommending you to friends and family.

The sales assistant was friendly and informative and helped us decide what bed and mattress to choose without any pressure. Completely different to a sales assistant in another bed store which I will not name.
