Marie was very helpful - the purchaser is my 92 year old mother and she was very helpful in considering and meeting her requirements.

We found a product that satisfied our needs, the sales team were friendly and knowledgeable and not too pushy.

Assistant (Dawn) was very good she demonstrated the difference between hard soft and medium Tempur mattress ie the recovery time after siting on them This lady gave us all the information possible with out trying to push us into the sale did not intend to purchase the mattress that day but we were so impressed with how the sales woman went about it we did
