Dawn at the Royal Quays Outlet store way really helpful. As we had gone with the correct card she explained we could called back with the correct card details and pay over the phone. I am in the armed forces so she also explained about the discount so that was also a plus! We loaded everything up there and then so when I called it was just a quick payment phonecall

was a perfect relaxed experiance the man that served us was called tony he was ideal was tgere straigjt away to see if we needed any assistance and didnt pressure us into anything just shared his knolage on the products that we were looking for we were able to order our perfect bed and matress with new pillows we got a good result from our experiance and I hope this gets referee back to Tony at the royal quays store!
