Staff didn't seem rushed & happy to spend time talking through our options

Tony spoke to us checking beds and while we were attracted to the cheapest he steered us towards one that we had not actually noticed with a memory foam mattress and a second that was potentially for our main bed but we ended up buying it for a second bedroom. We were processed by a woman who we unfortunately forget to ask her name while Tony was on break. When he came back they both did a great job explaining to us the cover for the beds and offering extra items like the pillows and which headboard would suit the bed. Both of them were extremely friendly and approachable and we will be back for any future bed needs.

The assistant Dawn had a very comprehensive knowledge of the different kinds of mattress and helped us enormously to choose without being forceful.

The customer service provided by your member of staff in store (Rachel) was exceptional. Rachel had a lovely and genuine way to engage with my wife and I as customers, and her knowledge of the products (off the top of her head) was impressive and helped us make up our minds quickly. Dreams was the first store my wife and I had looked at for our new bed purchase, but we found Rachel so helpful and supportive that we were happy not to go anywhere else. The flexibility on delivery date was also important to us and Rachel (again) was so helpful in getting the option which was best for us - and we both came away feeling that she was a real asset to your organisation.

We visited dreams with very little knowledge on mattresses and were immediately greeted by Dawn in store. Dawn was extremely helpful and polite, without being overbearing so we didn't feel any pressure into making the purchase. We love the mattress we've purchase and after trying out several others in different stores we found Dreams to be the best mattress and the best value for money, with Dawn providing the best customer service. We were really impressed by the knowledge of products Dawn had and all the help she gave us. The store was really clean and pleasant. We are so looking forward to having our new mattress delivered.

Great customer service and a good variety of products to choose from! Assistant Dawn helped us try out lots of mattresses to find out our firmness preference and recommended mattresses we might like, and explained the differences and technology behind the mattresses. We bought a pillow too as they were so comfortable!
