As my husband suffers from a bad back, Dawn the assistant was very efficient. She let us try different types of matteress and the types of firmness. We eventually settled for the Tempra as after trying others the quality just wasn't there. We also tried out pillows as well, which make such a difference when paired with the matteress. We weren't looking to spend as much as we did, but a little something that Dawn had mentioned to us made us realise that yeah, we do need to spend more to get a good nights sleep, so that's what we done. I cannot praise Dawn enough for making sure we went away with what was the right choice

Assistants were very helpful and knowledgable with the different mattresses. No sale pressure at all. Quick and easy to order. Delivery was excellent and well informed all the way.

Only when I was looking a little confused did the sales lady approach me with help and advise. having selected the mattress I wished to purchase I found the paper work painless and fast. The delivery date was very acceptable and a time slot was given by email and text. the drivers Shane and his mate were happy and cheerful and removed the old one and delivered the new one with smiles and no complaints that it was up three fights of stairs and round two difficult corners to the bedroom. 10 out of 10 Dreams thank you.
