The member of staff was very friendly and very helpful. He listened to what we said and explained everything about the types of beds and drawers. Couldn't fault the at all and they helped us make our decision without putting any pressure on us. Just a nice down to earth guy that took the time to help us

The bed I bought was exactly what I was looking for and the price was cheaper than I expected and cheaper than anywhere else I had looked. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and lovely to talk to.

We were greeted as we entered the store by a friendly, polite and very knowlegable employee. All our questions were answered (some before we had asked them). We were also given privacy to chat to each other before making the decision to buy. We were even given tea and coffee.

Dawn the assistant was very helpful with our purchase in fact the next day we order 2 bedside drawers to match our new bed she offer us tea or coffee and was very pleasant to talk to i went into that store the week prior just for a look and she remembered me that to me proves she was listening to my needs well done dawn
