The staff,Marie, couldn’t have been any more helpful than she was she answered all of our questions honestly and advised us on the best mattress for our needs.The store is very clean,spacious and nicely set out.

We think we have ordered the correct mattress, Nature’s refine DNAir mattress. In the store we tried it out, and seems to be what we are wanting. Delivery is in a few weeks time, as it has to be made. The assistant was a young man Ryan, and certainly was a very good at his job, and should go far!

The Staff and Ryan the gentleman who assisted us was lovely and wasn't in our faces - He gave us the information we required, talked us through all the options, let us try the mattresses and wasn't at all pushy when we said we would like to look at other places.. He mentioned that if we did see anything cheaper then they could price match. We returned to purchase from dreams due to this high level off service and knowledge since the other stores didn't display this. Thank you for making it an easy experience and making sure we purchased the right product for us.

Appropriate assistance given at the appropriate time allowing us to wander round the store at our leisure followed up by prompt efficient and professional service when we needed it.

The staff were very helpful and knew a lot about the products. Ryan had advised about the different types of mattresses and also the different add ins such as protection covers for the mattresses and frames. The manager was very helpful in product knowledge and finalising the order.

Very knowledgeable team we got exactly what we wanted for around the price we as Ted to spend and the pricing was very clearly explained. We took insurance and construction of the bed.
