Realky friendly and helpful staff and lovely bed at a very goid price

Friendly staff who listened and gave advice.

Tony was very knowledgable about the Mattresses, offered good suggestions to try, made sure we had suitable pillows to try the mattresses with and was very patient and not at all pushy, which I appreciate. He was friendly but remained professional throughout our visit. We felt very happy with our choice & the service we received. Excellent!

Dawn greeted us when we entered and have us the space we needed. When she realised we had no idea what we were doing she offered assistance and showed us a range of mattresses to test and explained the pros and cons of each. Plenty of help with a refreshing amount of breathing room for us to make unpressured decisions.

The care and attention was outstanding compared to other stores I have visited. Great advice and recommendations based on my needs.

The staff were very knowledgeable and spent time finding out what we wanted. They were also extremely friendly. The ability to try different products is great and we never felt pressured or rushed.

We went in looking for a new mattress and were shown all of the products by the very efficient staff, we found exactly what we were looking for, looking forward to receiving the mattress and having a good sleep
