Royal Quays Store. Chelsey was very helpful and knowledgeable when asked questions, gave me good advice, was very friendly and pleasant. Haven’t had my bed delivered yet, at this moment would certainly return to the store in future, and recommend to my family and friends.

She seemed proud to be working for your company and very happy of the support given to staff during the recent period of pandemic related difficulties. The assistant, Tony, listened carefully to my requirements and put my details into a machine to analyse them for the most suitable mattress for me. He then showed me the ideal mattress which happened to be over half the original price! It was more than I had intended to spend, but the quality decided me to go ahead. I was particularly impressed by the fact that you RECYCLE old mattresses instead of sending them to landfill and that for a modest fee the delivery men would put my old one in a green bag with which I was provided, put the new one unwrapped on my bed and take the old one away with them. I am 82 with considerable mobility problems, so this was an essential service for me.
