The customer service was very good without being too pushy for a sale. The staff member was knowledgeable and the bed was surprisingly useful. The staff member was able to get us a good deal.

Ryan was really helpful - he walked us through the features and benefits of almost every item in the North shields store (twice - we came back a second time to make the purchase) and he helped us make an informed choice. We were happy to increase our allocated budget because we understood what we were buying and how this would benefit us. He wasn't too pushy, and was able to put us at ease with his manner.

Ryan who served us was very knowledgable, friendly and gave an excellent service, he is a credit to your team.

Assistant was very friendly and helpful. We used the Sleep Match machine to establish our requirements, which enabled the assistant to better advise us.

Received fantastic guidance from Tony. He identified mattresses within our budget and made us feel welcome and at ease. This is the first mattress we have bought so really relied on his help to find the right one. Tony was very easy to talk to and listened to everything we needed.

Was clue less on what mattress to buy , but when I went to dreams at royal quays I meet Tony he was absolutely brilliant . First we went on the bed test then he showed us the mattress suitable for my husband and I . I also purchased to tempur pillows as Tony advised how good they were , expensive for a pillow but he said they last and last .
