Very friendly staff , showed my wife and I three to four examples , and used the “high tech”’mattress to assist our choice

We especially liked the no pressure highly professional sales member Tony, he guided us using the dreams sleep match machine. We tried and selected the bed that felt perfect for us and the same with pillows to match our needs. I would not hesitate recomending Dreams to friends and family.

The Dreams staff, were quite frankly absolutely amazing, took the time to listen to our needs and requirements, and guided us through our options for us to consider, we attended our visit, with our 4month old son, and the staff were fantastic at entertaining him, allowing us the time to relax and experience your products fully, we didn't feel rushed due to this and therefore were able to conclude our purchases that day. We left the store completely satisfied with the staff and overall experience, I would highly recommend the Royal Quays Dreams Team. Thank you for your time, patience, expertise. I hope on delivery our new mattress is equally fantastic!!!

As soon as we walked in the door Chelsea could see we were a bit lost as where to start in the world of mattresses, we explained we didn’t have a clue what type we needed as my partner suffers from back pain. Chelsea then explained we could try the machine to test what would be beneficial and then let us try the matching mattresses. She made us feel so at ease lying on the beds in front of strangers, she listened so well to us all the way through the visit! We didn’t order the first day as we were waiting to move house, the following week we went back to dreams and Chelsea remembered us right away and even the style mattress we wanted which I feel Chelsea went above and beyond in her role at dreams. Ww then purchased the mattress and Chelsea explained everything we were unsure of and found the best delivery date to suit us, the mattress has now been delivered and we are so excited to try it tonight for the first time! Thank you dreams and Chelsea for a stress free experience whilst moving home!

As soon as we walked into the store, the bed we had seen online was right there in front of us, advertised at its discounted price. All of the sales advisors were really friendly and welcomed us to the store. We were made to feel welcomed without being pounced on like other shops, and asked us about what we were looking for. The nice gentleman showed us a few different options in addition to the one we had seen online and demonstrated how to use the ottoman. He advised us about pillows and the extra warranty that you can purchase, and the cost for assembly if we wished. We purchased both. He appeared very knowledgeable, and he took us though the order form in a swift and timely manner.
