Had brilliant customer service from staff called Paula. She spent a lot of time answering all our questions and not rushing us.

Excellent help from staff. Brilliant sense of humour which made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. No pressure at all was made to make me feel I had to buy something. A cup of coffee was offered a couple of times which was a nice gesture. Very nice atmosphere in the store.

The colleagues Dawn & Paula were very efficient & friendly showed us the best product for us made us very welcome & at ease

Chelsea the shop assistant was very knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful. not at all pushy and spent quality with us. I have previously been to another dreams and didn't get the same assistance. one of the main reasons I bought a bed and mattress was because of Chelsea! VERY VERY HELPFUL!

The young lady who served me was very friendly and helpful made me feel comfortable and also offered me tea or coffee very pleasant experience .

The service we received was fantastic. Tony was the man dealing with us & he had great knowledge of the different types of bed & mattresses available (which to be honest I didn't realise there was so much diversity). He was very friendly & understanding of our needs. There was other staff there on the day that were also friendly & keeping my 7 yr old son entertained the whole time we were In the store.

Our sales assistant Chelsea was amazing! She helped work out which mattress would suit us best and explained the differences between the mattresses and helped us try them out! She was super helpful and knowledgeable and offered us just the right amount of support and advice without being pushy at all. Really great customer service experience, will definitely be back next time we need a new bed or mattress, and will be recommending to friends and family too!

I went into store knowing that I wanted to buy a new bed but without any knowledge about which mattress would be best for me and without knowing what value I could get for my budget. The staff in the Royal Quays Dream were a dream! Chelsea and the manageress were both super helpful and attentive but not pushy and I felt they really were advising the best products for me. I ended up coming away with a bed, mattress, insurance for both and some extras thrown in. I spent more than I had in mind but I saved a lot more money! I can’t wait for it to arrive (only 11 days from ordering)
