Dealt with Chelsea today and yesterday. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable about your mattresses. Visited other stores but Chelsea was the most knowledgable by far. Offered refreshments too. A DREAM to deal with. Would not hesitate in coming back to the North Shields store.

Went into shop, looked at beds then asked what best for spare room, assistant was very informative and explained about deals. Went back and ordered bed with no hassles, quick and easy, friendly staff.

The staff were great, Paula the assistant we dealt with was excellent and gave us loads of advice and guidance. Really pleased with the level of interaction

Tony the assistant in the north shields store was very helpful and friendly. I wasn't sure on what bed frame I wanted or headboard, but after talking to Tony and he showed me the different frames and cloths/colours etc, I made the right and happy with choice of frame and headboard.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, greeted at the door and offered a cup of tea. One member of staff watched my little boy whilst we tried different mattress and also got him a balloon to play with. The man who served us was friendly, chatty and had a good sense of humour which made for pleasant experience.

Was quick and simple great sale on at the time

Staff assisted straight away and were most helpful explains the different mattresses and what was suitable for our needs. They were so good we went back the next day for a new bed and again they were very helpful.

Upon entering the store I was amazed at the showroom size and amount of space for me to browse, at my leisure. After about 5 minutes I was approached by a member of staff. She enquired if I needed help in my choice and was I sure what I wanted. I gave my answer and we entered into discord. We discussed my needs. What size, type. firmness of bed and developed a frienshi
