The dreams team at the royal quays were amazing. Chelsea was very knowledgeable and so helpful when me and my partner were looking for beds and mattresses for our new home. Nothing seemed too much bother and she helped and guided us through the whole process. I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

Met at the door by Tony who asked if we required assistance or browsing. On being told what we were looking for, led us straight to the model we were interested in. Showed us the two models they had with details as requested, invited us to try. Once we were happy with our choice took us through the order process with no time wasting, even supplying tea/coffee to ease things along. Only negative was not of his doing but your delivery department which could only give 29 Jan as soonest which seems a bit excessive. Otherwise no problems at all.
