We were offered assistance within minutes of entering the store. The assistant was very helpful and offered advice on how best to find the mattress we were after. We used the sleep match bed to find out which mattress best fit our needs. The assistant then showed us to each mattress recommended and explained about each one. She then gave us time on each one and left us to spend time on our own to discuss in private. Hygeine was 10/10. The assistant was knowledgeable, friendly and allowed us to make our own decision without feeling hounded. We were offered refreshments while shopping, and when we went to purchase our products. She also helped us choose a pillow and explained about these products aswell. Very satisfied with the whole experience!

Looked for the mattresses we wanted online then went to your Royal Quays branch to check them out. Tony served us and was very professional and diligent.

Tony the sleep assistant was exceptional. His helpfulness, his knowledge given to inform but not bias, the time he took with us to explain items and also his willingness to impart views and suggestions Tony is an exemplary member of staff who made a difficult process and decision much easier removing stress and directing us in our thinking. Tony has a great manner, a wonderful knowledge of the product range, and his approach was about informing us and giving us the thinking we needed to help make our decisions We would not hesitate in recommending our friends to purchase a mattress from Tony at Dreams Royal Quays because our experience was 110 out of 100

Helpful friendly staff. Felt covid safe

The lady who served us was incredibly friendly and conscientious. She made myself and my wife feel very welcome, and also offered us bottled water as it was quite warm and stuffy.
