Chelsea is very knowledgeable, listened to what we want, very friendly and helpful. Gave us plenty of time on our own to discuss, let us try out all the options. Made us feel welcome and informally included her manager in our conversation at the till. Very good experience.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a very friendly staff member (Chelsea) who shared with us useful knowledge on the bed I liked. She told me about the machine to find the perfect mattress and talked me through the results. She offered me a bottle of water and kept her distance at all times. When I asked about delivery times she went to find out and had an answer very quickly. She was very efficient which is what I like when shopping. Would highly recommend.
