Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Took time to explain products, also kept item in storage to be collected at a more convenient time. Would definitely recommend this store.

I have misplaced the card with his name on it but he was the only male working that day. He worked with me from start to finish for everything I wanted, ensuring I chose the right bed, pillows duvet and really took the time to do so. I think I was in the store nearly 2hrs from start to finish. Both the manager of the store and the other customer assistant were also helpful in demonstrating products and encouraging me to try all the different types of things. I was also given a bottle of water and all covid guidelines were followed perfectly.
