The customer service assistant was super helpful and able to offer good advice.

After looking at other bed outlets/companies Dreams offered the best product in terms of build quality and design. We think you also offer value for money compared with other beds stores. Also employing local staff and supporting the communities economy as well.

The person dealing with my order listened to what Ineeded and gave me options on different types of beds and mattresses. They were very knowledgeable about the products, friendly and very helpful

I'd done some research online before I went to the store. So I was able to explain what I was l;ooking for, which the sales assistant immediately understood. She then informed me clearly about offers on mattresses, etc.

Diane was very knowledgable about the pillows I wanted to try. I was allowed to lie on them (safely, with a paper cover) and she asked me questions on how I felt with each pillow, I tried each one several times to ensure I got the right one for me. She took all the time I needed to get the best one. Sneeze screens at the payment counter, the credit card machine was wiped before giving it to me. I was also offered a bottle water which was a nice touch! She asked me to dispose of the paper covers I had used. I felt extremely safe - all in all an excellent experience

We were served by Chelsea and the service was excellent.
