Parking lot and lobby were clean. Every staff member from the front desk at check in to the staff at breakfast were nice, helpful, and friendly. Hallways were clean and free of clutter. Room was nice and clean. No stains anywhere. Shower was clean. Bedding was fresh and clean, also free of stains. I will defiantly come back if I am in the area overnight again. I also like how the parking lot is gated. Breakfast food and coffee was fresh and tasteful. I liked the almonds and berries set out next to the oatmeal. I also liked the flavored creamer choices set out for the coffee. Oh and the coffee cups and sleeves were too cute!!!!

the toilet clogged frequently with no reason and the maid took all day to make it to our room

Very friendly staff. The non working a/c in hallways & elevator was uncomfortable. Pool was dirty w/lots of dead bugs. Glad to have lots of towels.

Floors were filthy, the table was so wobbly I almost fell because I put my had on it as an assist to sit in the chair. The place is MUSTY. Also not real crazy about mildew stains in the bathroom! Was so disgusted, changed my 3 night stay to 1.
