Homewood Suites by Hilton Houston - Northwest/CY-FAIR

I was very pleased with a two room suite and the available amenities for the price. We will stay again!

Mattress was uncomfortable. Mattress pad was flimsy and moved around too much.

the hotel was very nice but I was not happy with how much the stay was and I wish that that breakfast would have opened earlier

First- Arrived with a wedding block, we were not allowed to check in early because the hotel allowed everyone staying the night before to check out late. This should be unacceptable since they had a wedding block arriving. Second- there were multiple out of country families staying at the hotel, the children were running the halls and riding the elevators up/down not allowing other guests to use them. Third- the staff (manager, reception and cleaning staff) were all very rude, inconsiderate and unaccommodating. The manger left is truck under the awning at the entrance so no other guests could pull up to drop off while it was pouring outside. When asked to move his truck he threw his binder down and glared at me while I walked away. Additionally my daughter left her room at 10:45 with her belonging still in the room, when she returned to her room at 11:15 to get her belongings to checkout at noon her stuff was removed from her room by the cleaning staff with no warning and reception knew nothing about it. We had to track down the cleaning crew to retrieve her belongings including her purse.
