Awesome place for a birthday party. Had a blast!

It was a birthday party for a two year old! The party was great and the workers were very nice! I ordered a pizza and it was not made correctly. It tasted good was just lacking a topping which was the cashiers fault because it was not added on the receipt!

Great place for kids. Needs to give more tickets for the amount we have to pay for tokens.

This was our 4th year to do our little guys birthday with y'all. He really enjoys the experience and like being able to enjoy him and not being busy doing everything for the party. I do wish that you had an option of tea that did not taste more like lemonade than tea

The place had plenty of space and great games the cashiers were friendly as well as the staff working the parties however the other people on the staff weren't as friendly and didn't seem to care about the customers.

Love the people that atmosphere and the place for my children to play it's always a safe environment and I can trust that my kids can go off a little bit and I don't worry about anybody taken off with.

Had a blast!

We love the Tyler location! We had a great time! When we arrived the attendant was very warm and friendly. When we went to the counter to order a woman finished her transaction and told us we she would get Darren or Darryl to come help us. He walked out and went to help people at the prize counter. We stood for 5 minutes without any other attendant coming to help. Overall, we had a fabulous time.
