Wonderful friendly staff that were super nice to my 6 yeR old son beautiful lobby decorations and meeting facility food was incredible great job!

Not the best hotel we've stayed in. The first room we went were given when checking in was dirty, which was fixed quickly. We were brought up a complimentary fruit plate which as thought was great customer service! However at check out we were charged with two things from the mini bar that were still there and when we went to the front desk to resolve the issue, the lady at the front desk was defensive about the issue. Overall a good stay, but there were a few kinks.

We were promised free breakfast coupons upon our arrival and were never given them, even after we called to say we still had not received them. We are also Ambassador members.
