Crowne Plaza Hotel

Good. The check in lady was rude.

We arrived a little after three and were informed check-in for the event was 4pm. I felt the clerks at the desk were curt, I also had a small issue in that I was not receiving the group rate and was paying full price for my room. My primary issue was the tone in which I was informed. Outside of that, our stay has been outstanding. Friendly employees, great facility! Very enjoyable!

Meeting other kids and chaperones for a 4- H educational trip to Louisville Kentucky. The livestock exhibitors stayed and then left the next day from the hotel

Needs updates

Problem w food being served on time at Saturday evening social.

My husband and I wanted to try the Italian buffet. Although good, a few tweaks would make it great. The food needs to be hotter throughout the entire time at the buffet being served. The staff needs to be more attentive. The musical selection needs to be more easy listening.The food needs more seasoning.
