The manager, Oberle, is incredible. Above and beyond customer service. Everyone was friendly but he went very far out of his way to ensure perfection all without seeming pushy. You have a real asset in that manager!

It was extremely loud at night because they put us right over the freeway. They gave us sponge earplugs. The 10th floor Hilton honors members hors d'oeuvres was a pathetic offering of old carrots and fried food. You now have to pay for wine. And it wasn't a nice atmosphere at all. The hotel is a winding maze that is hard to navigate
