The sheets were dirty and I had to ask several times to replace them. My daughter had an allergic reaction and began itching everywhere. It took hours for them to replace the sheets. The amount of chlorine in the pool was ridiculous.

The staff member who scanned my credit card could no longer find it when it came time to charge an item from pantry to my room. How does that happen?? The parking lot is constantly patrolled by Southfield parking enforcement people who give tickets to handicapped people with valid permits that you have to go protest in person and STILL pay $20. I will never ever stay in Southfield again.
