Fairfield Inn & Suites, Fort Myers

Great staff and location. The overall hotel just needs an update! The rooms are bare. However, the beds are very comfortable and I appreciate have a fridge and microwave in the room

The employee who checked us in was attentive but constantly on her phone. The hotel was clean. It's in dire need of renovation. The elevator jolts every time going down. There were no hooks/racks in the bathroom to hang the towels, etc. The carpet tacks were very sharp at the threshold entering the bathroom. My husband step on them and was bleeding. We had to change rooms due to a water leak, the 2nd one that week. The Internet was very slow-this shouldn't even be an issue with today's technology. We won't stay here again.
