Hate hallway light coming in. Bad heater not programmable.

My room was flat out nasty. There was some sort of ketchup or blood(fresh) all over the curtains. Food on the bathroom door inside and nasty finger print smudges all over the doors. On top of that there were no towels for the swimming pool. We let the front know and they said they were working on it. An hour later still no towels. Remind you this is prime summer swim season!
