The rooms and hotel were clean. The front desk staff member who assisted me at check in was rude. The food was good.

The only negative thing was the sofa bed was like laying on a bed of springs. It was incredibly uncomfortable. I put the couch cushions under the sheets and slept on them. That made it bearable. Everything else was wonderful! The metro was in walking distance and the area was very nice. Lots of restaurants close by.

Wifi sucked Room extremely noisy Elevators broke and slow Service elevator being used had kitchen items in it rolling tables only 2-3 people could squeeze in to it Big rusted mark in tub where it was cracked Went to omelet station my omelet was given to someone else and then I had to wait til 4 other orders were done Outlets in bathroom not working properly. Living warm and bedroom freezing
