Nice and clean. Kinda hard to get the room cool but it's an old hotel. Good location, friendly staff. We'll probably stay here every time we come to Beaumont.

We enjoyed the room and the waterfall in the lobby. I think they should offer a free continental breakfast instead of making someone pay for the full thing. My kids loved the indoor swimming pool!
