This holiday inn was the nicest one I have ever stayed in. The staff was so nice, rooms were clean, and the bed was so comfortable.

Pros: Location is nice. Beds extremely comfortable!!! Great location. Bar and restaurant are nice. I enjoyed them very much. Pool would have been nice if it was open later. Cons: I get a loyalty member bag (with water bottles, etc) at all Holiday Inns EXCEPT this one. They never acknowledge my membership. The bags were siting right there in the floor behind the counter this visit so I even asked about one. Nope. She told me she'd call me later and I could come get a cold bottle of water out of the cooler! Which she never did. Elevator is a joke. Still:-( Pool closes way too early. Our huge family stayed, as we every year- reserving many rooms, but our request to all be on the same floor was not honored.
