Pandora was very safe in their covid protocol by allowing only 3 customers in the store and restricting groups to only one member allowed to come in. Although I would have like my partner to come in with me, I completely understand the importance of one member only. The lines went smoothly, fast, and was able to get high quality assistance without feeling rush

Store was very hygiene which is very important during this pandemic. Limiting the number of people was very helpful. The sore always have a wide range of products to choose from.

Pandora was an excellent store to shop at for my jewellery needs. I was treated with the upmost respect and I didn’t have to wait long to get service. The whole process went so smoothly. I recommend Pandora to all my friends.

The store was in proper order. Many items were laid out for viewing. Thankfully the Pandora book was there to allow my mom and I to view all available stock, since not every single item was out for display.

Samantha T was serving me and my family. Down to her knowledge, her kindness and how she handled the issue that mother had trying to exchange a product. (I was in Saturday with my sister. Purchased three rings, got my mother the wrong one but when my mother had gone back in later at nights and was told by another member of staff unsure of her name but my mother was told she couldn’t exchange her ring with a gift receipt, which I was told it could) Samantha was there both days and both days she was awesome. She’s the reason I will be spending more money in that specific store.

I was highly satisfied with my overall experience. The sales associate was so friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. When I couldn't decide on a charm, she gave great feedback and that helped me to determine which charm I wanted.
