The store wasn't busy, a sales associate was able to help right away and the charm was in stock.

When we first entered the store, the first associate did not seem to be interested in helping us as she thought I was there for browsing and not buying. Then the Associate - Mona - who helped us was very welcoming and professional. She was ready to answer all my questions and gave me information and guidance. I ended up buying 2 things when I cane to buy just one. Mona was wonderful.

The store was beautiful upon arrival. The associate who served us was sweeping upon arrival and greeted us right away. She was very warm and inviting but not pushy She listened to our needs and paid attention to small details like the name of who we were shopping for. She was beyond helpful & gave us information about cleaning the products & the whole experience was wonderful. This girl could sell likely anything to anyone because of her lovely vibe/personality & not pushing to sell more than we wanted. I’m always nervous going into some stores because if they push too hard or don’t come across as authentic and truly caring about the customers needs I will just freeze up and leave. No one wants to leave feeling like they left the store overspending on things they don’t want or need to avoid an awkward interaction with the sales staff. This isn’t my first time shopping there and my other interactions were quite similar so I’m not on edge when shopping at your Oshawa store. It’s very lovely!

My salesperson Asia S. was amazing!! She was very kind and personable, helped me find appropriate sizes, and made great conversation. She was quick and ensured to tell me about the ongoing promotions. I was $10 below a promotion price, so she made a great suggestion to help me get my total up so I could maximize my savings with the promo. She made my experience very pleasant
