My wife picked out earrings to buy this evening. Our original sales person, Stephanie K. was very polite but when we experience an issue she had to go to someone else for help. This is where we had an issue. The clasp was not closing om teh earring and my wife asked to exchange it. A sales member took it to teh back and said she fixed it but the clasp was still loose. My wife said she did not want to puchase a faulty item, teh sales rep who did the repir very rudely said just exchange it, and threw the broken earring on the counter and walked away. We were both stunned, I have never been treated so rudely or poorly in my life. It is very apparent my business is not welcomed or appreciated if this is how I am going to br treated.

I had ordered a ring and was unable to find the receipt. That is fine but the store manager at the time was extremely rude and condescending. She had long hair and a. Accent. If it wasn't for another manager "heather " who was awesome when I called to complain. I would never shop here again. Heather you rock and the other store manager needs to follow your lead

The employee made a rude remark stating “I figured you were on a budget” after purchasing a charm, which in case is not true as I have spent lots of money at this pandora location and was willing to purchase additional items after that remark it put me right off and did not want to continue giving this business my money. she was very rude and arragont and I did not appreciate it what so ever. Will not be returning to this location again.

Waited in line 40 minutes to enter store to do exchange. Then waited another 40 minutes for someone who could do a return and still no one available. Left with no service. While I was at the front of the line 6 people were let into the store to purchase. Told 3 people were doing returns but only 1 person was actually. Went back next day. Not happy with answer provided by assistant manager.
