The sales associate was not particularly friendly. Although we indicated that the item was a gift, she only grudgingly put it in a gift bag, and did not put in any tissue. This was so different from previous experiences, it really stood out. Maybe she was having a bad day? Usually staff are particularly friendly and wrap meticulously. My daughter returned to the store to ask for issue. The alternate staff was appalled the the gift was not packaged properly and promptly rectified the situation. It was just a bit awkward because she had to bypass a lengthy lineup to do so, and some customers gave her the death stare.

The Slsprsn: No. 223140 had the gold plated shell pendant charm from the little mermaid collection on hold for me. I came into the store to look at the charm and purchase it. The sales person Aarya R No. 223140 brought the charm out of a small bag from behind the counter and dumped the pendant charm out of the bag and dropped it onto the counter. I was very concerned because I wanted to purchase the charm and it fell right onto a hard surface without any protection. I asked if a different pendant of the same style was available because I did not want to purchase the one that the sales person dumped out onto the counter, as I wanted a brand new charm that had not been in that condition after she dropped it out onto the counter. She checked the stock and said they should have a second one, she checked and could not find a new one instead of the one she dumped onto the counter surface. Since there was no other one available, I had to purchase the one that she dumped out onto the counter. I did not want to purchase that one fo fear of damage because of how she treated the pendant. The sales person did not handle the product with care and I had had to settle for the damaged pendant.

I bought earrings yesterday at regular price for my daughter.Today there’s a 20% discount.I took the earrings back for a price adjustment they said NO.So I returned the original earrings and bought a pair at the discounted price at which time another worker says “CAN THIS BE DONE”?Your sales clerk then said it’s FINAL SALE.Why is it final sale??Make it make sense please.Your staff at this location has a bit much attitude.If my daughter didn’t want this item what I would’ve done was return it and buy nothing from your company.

I came to return a charm that was bought as a gift for a family member. Instead of refunding me $124.30 the employee charged me $124.30 onto my credit card. She did not even care or think it was an issue, no apology or anything She then had to refund me for the value twice to balance out her mistake. Receipt states her name is Samantha T - 128144

I went to the Oshawa Centre and I had to wait in the line to exchange a bracelet I'm disabled I came from Trenton and there was a line up I can hardly walk unbelievable

The sales associate makayla was so rude. Didn't say hi. Didn't say bye. Didn't say thank you. No eye contact. I was only buying a gift card but still! I don't want to be treated as a burden when I'm buying something.

The store was fairly busy, and I waited my turn but the salesperson seemed very hesistant to help me, I knew the name of the ring, described it and then she brought me 3 different rings then the one I'd asked for and was arguing that the ring I described didn't exist in the Pandora catalogue

I was in the Oshawa Centre store location this morning and was not impressed with the service. I was exchanging a birthday gift for my sister, a smaller size. Marlyn served me today and suggested that I come back with my sister for the right size. I said I'll just take the size now and she can come back if it's wrong. Marlyn was rude and didn't tell me until AFTER the exchange that any further exchanges were limited. then she said," that's why I told you to come back with her, for a size." Why didn't she inform me of this BEFORE, as part of her suggestion? She has a poor attitude and even the person I was with picked up on it. I also told her she took the bag I came in with, and put it behind her during the transaction. She informed me she didn't, and I said yes you did...It's the one behind you with the makeup on it. She just was just going to give the ring in the box without a bag. She was just rude about the entire situation and I'm not impressed with the customer service.

Our sales associate Serena was on her second day of employment with your organization. She was extremely personable and very eager to help find a birthday gift for my daughter. However, she was not very familiar with product location (as expected for your second shift) and neither the manager nor the other sales associate was proactive in helping her service her customer. Unless she asked for help they literally kept their distance and watched her struggle. Which was very disheartening. I didn’t want her to loose the sale as she was working diligently to help us. Upon the completion of my sale I brought my concerns to the attention of the manager and she provided a very insenseire apology and claimed she didn’t know she was having a hard time with locating product. I honestly believe if it wasn’t a commission environment they would have been more inclined to assist. I hope Serena gets the training she needs to complement her excellent customer service skills and outgoing personality.
