I went to pandora to buy multiple items based on a sale that was advertised. It was a buy more save more event. When I reached the store I learned the sale was very selected and none of the items I was interested in qualified for any of the discounts. Sales person was very helpful a friendly though as i had to change my purchase plan based on lack of discount

Every charm I was after was not in stock, this was my third time visiting this location for these specific charms and they still had not been restocked

The associates were very rude and not at all customer service orientated. There were two cash registers to do transactions however only one was being used for returns and purchases. This made for a long wait to check out and we already waited in a long line to get into the store.

Purchased a ring on Monday, the stones started to fall out on Friday, and I had to exchange it for a new one. I have never had this poor of quality with any of my other Pandora rings, so I was very dissatisfied with the product.

The sales associate, Hazel was not helpful at all. When the size for the ring was sold out she did not offer any other options and seemed like i was bothering her to go back and check other sizes. She showed lack of interest in selling me any merchandise but giving me vague answers and she carried on conversations with her fellow associate about wishing her shift was done. Lastly, upon reaching home and i had a better look at the charm i bought i noticed she had sold me one with missing gems. I was not very happy to have to go back to the store to exchange this.

The sales associate wasn't helpful. I told her I was looking for a friend charm that we buy for all our friends. She showed 6 but not the one I wanted...my daughter had to locate it in the catalog for me.

My teenage son has purchased many pieces of oxidized finished jewellery from this store. He recently purchased the "forever love" ring, he had purchased me an oxidized "forever love" ring in the past, along with another oxidized band. According to the salesgirl, the new shiny ring was not different than my previous ring and I just needed to wait for it to change colour, which I absolutely disagreed and she argued that I was incorrect. I spoke with another salesperson, she explained that they didn't have it in the oxidized version and it was discontinued. I exchanged and upgraded to the "ribbon of love" ring, I explained to the salesgirl that I would go home and try it with my other bands and if I changed my mind I'd return it. This ring cost me an additional $30.00. I was told that because I was doing an exchange that I could not do another exchange. This is the most ridiculous policy I have ever heard. The ring I returned was in the original packaging and box that it was purchased in. It had never been removed from the box as it was the incorrect colour/match. I'm hoping someone can get in touch with me and find me a size 6 in the oxidized "forever love" ring. Thanks, Lucinda

The sales associates were not very friendly and did not seem like they were interested in assisting me. Bad experience at the Oshawa Pandora.
