Small store, tight with displays and minimal moving space. Waited over 10 minutes for assistance. Sales staff was very friendly once assisted.

found the store to be small.there was not alot room to move around or browse.there was not alot of display cases to view thing's that where for sale. one item that i want to purchase has not been available for month's and staff don't know when it's arriving and i keep phoning once or twice a week and the staff still don't know when the item will arrive. it is very frustaing as i have spent alot of money at pandora.i have a number of charm's that i have purchased and can git the bracelit to put them on.

The store itself is crowded. Not all charms were visible. Very difficult to just browse. I probably would have bought more had I been able to see more.

I arrived at the store not really knowing what I wanted. It was a birthday gift for my granddaughter; I explained to representative that this was an add on to the gift we already had for her. She suggested a "Granddaughter" charm, how there was no stock. My granddaughter dances so, I asked for dancing charms - there was a Ballerina, that is what I purchased...although the girl suggested adding birthstone charms for either side (I did not buy those)

the sales associate had difficulty attempting to find the correct size in the item desired, which wasted quite a bit of time, but when i was left alone with the ring options (presented in a large box with individual pockets for each ring) i was able to find the ring in just a few seconds

The staff were not enthusiastic while working. No smile or greet to myself and while we visited. Also two of the three products i wished to purchase were not available at the location.

The sales staff were very friendly and the store was beautiful. I bought a pair of earrings and was shown a tray of studs and as I was leaving I saw other earrings that I was not shown and I would likely have purchased.

We were very satisfied. The jewellery is beautiful. Their were many people in the store and they did not have the size I was looking for

To busy not enough staff Store small can't move around very well

The staff in that store are stuck up snobs! Unless your a man.....with the exception of my sales associate
