The store did not have a lot of selection for the charms I was looking for. I also was looking at a ring that they did not have the size for. I had to ask them to look at other stores when usually stores will ask if I would like them to look it up.

so many charms that were on sale were not available. Also the placement of charms on different trays in multiple areas is very ineffective and time wasting. Searching for each charm in multiple places is a waste of both the customer and employee's time. All charms that are the same should be places together, not in multiple places!

I finally purchased a rose gold reflections bracelet as a gift. I had been to the store 2 previous times, the one to purchase this $195 bracelet and to receive the Christmas ornament as a bonus. I had my $10 discount that the sales associate would not accept. I had a copy picture of my receipt because I keep my receipts in safe. All codes and validation was not accepted by associate and she was rude so I left. Then the next promotion was buy2 get 1 free and this time talking to manager she refused too with receipt picture. What was big deal? I missed out on another promo so I left again! I retrieved my receipt from my safe and went back to buy bracelet this time and no more ornaments left and no mascaras? When she inputted the validation code there was no copy of my receipt made, no scanning of it like I was told the previous 2 times was NECESSARY so I was not impressed. I lost out on a promo. I am a longtime customer who has spent a lot of money at Pandora so yes I deserve a Christmas porcelain ornament or a free item for the dishonesty of the store and what I missed out on since there is no promo left.

Didn't have the ring size I wanted. Store too small. Did not have the type of ring I wanted

I was not highly satisfied with my visit because I wait 30 minutes for a staff member to assist me. Many of the staff members were standing around talking, when they could have been helping the customers out. I also found that there was not a lot of selection available at the store, they did not have many ring sizes or selctions as expected.

It was a temporary location while the main store was being renovated. We understand that the selection was limited due to this.

The store was understaffed at the time of my visit. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable however the wait time was a bit excessive. I believe a company such as pandora can afford to have more people working at once to make things easier for staff and customers.
