I had quick service. The store was pleasing. The staff were friendly.

I was greeted right away when I entered the store. I explained my situation, needing charms to commemorate my mother and a singing award. Associate was very knowledgeable about the products.

Samantha was wondering in helping with my exchange after a serious of terrible experiences with customer service through email.

I came to the store to exchange a charm which I had purchased at another location, for a bracelet which the other store did not have in stock. Even though, unbeknownst to me, I was not allowed to do so, the clerk explained the situation to me and ended up doing my exchange. I ended up then spending over $200.00 more that night!

The sales woman that was helping me was not pushy, and a lot of them can be. She put a lot of effort into looking for the ring I wanted to get my bestfriend and didnt stop when she could not find it the first time.

I was unable to find the bracelet in any other store except the Oshawa store and they held it for me so that I could go and pick it up. The associate was very helpful in making my decision. She also told me about the special that if you purchased items up to. $150 you could get a Pair of earrings free. She also told me that if I upgraded the earrings from $60 that I would receive a jewelry box and this was a wonderful idea as I was giving the items to my sister-in-law as a retirement gift.

People are always nice and merchandise is beautiful

I called prior to my visit to ensure the pieces I wanted were available and in the size I wanted. The store manager went out of her way to check all the items for me and because it took awhile, she called me back so I wouldn't have to wait on the line. She only had one of the six pieces that wasn't in the size I required, so she said she had no problem with ordering it in for me. This was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had at any of the Pandora stores I purchase from.

Was able to get the help I needed with the purchase of rings. Also, when I inquired about a certain charm I received an informed response.
