The staff is always very friendly. I was looking for something new and they knew what I wanted without having to show them the picture of it. They took the time to show me other new pieces from the spring collection.

The pandora charm that i wanted, i had a photo of it on my phone so i just showed it to the sales associate so it was easy to locate she knew exactly where to find it she was very efficient and friendly.

When we first went into look we had a lady help us. She was nice however not that personable and would not really leave us alone for a few minutes to look at the look book and decide on our own. However when we went back we had LOGAN. He was hilarious and very friendly towards us in helping us purchase what the lady before had helped us look at as well. Logan was very helpful and extremley friendly and geuninley seemed to enjoy his job and be knowledgable of the jewlery.
